抗剥落高铝砖 是在高铝砖中加入与高铝矾土膨胀不一致的原料,利用复相增韧原理使制品组织结构中产生微裂纹,缓解或阳断热应力造成的破坏,进一步提高了制品的热震稳定性,同时加强了高温及化学抗侵蚀性能,使用寿命是传统高铝砖的3倍以上。其特点是耐剥落、荷重软化温度高。广泛应用于水泥回转窑过渡带、窑门罩、分解炉等。
