铝碳化硅耐磨砖 采用磨料级的铝矾土、Sic原料结合超细粉技术,使用高强度的化学结合剂,并利用大型数控压机高压力成型。与传统的硅莫砖和高铝砖相比,其具有热态强度高、耐磨性能强、气孔率低和高温体积稳定等优点。产品适用于对固体、高温气体冲刷要求较高的热风管道和旋风下料口等部位。
Aluminum-SiC abrasive bricks uses abrasive grade bauxite,SiC raw materials combined with superfine powder technology , the use of high strength chemical binder,and the use of large numerical control press high pressure molding.Compared with traditional silica bricks and high alumina bricks. it has the advantages of hiah thermal strenath,strong wear resistance, low porositv and stable volume at hiah temperature. The product is suitable for the hot air pipeline and cyclone discharge port,which require high scouring of solid and high temperature gas.
